Our Team is composed of highly skilled designers that share expertise to provide stunning and unique design concepts for clients. Having collaborated with prestigious design firms throughout our career, we are internationally trained with remarkable proficiency in interior architecture and design, custom furniture design, conceptual landscape and lighting design. Our team excels in all aspects of the project, whether it be through conceptualization, management, or execution.

Taken together, the key members of our Team contribute more than 40 years of design experience to each Vivienda project. We truly take pride in our work and make sure to pay attention to details of all phases of the project but most importantly, our Clients. Vivienda Studio has become known for its refusal to be defined by any one style, instead opting to apply a fresh, distinctive and exclusive design to each project. We strive to create a positive, gratifying experience for our clients by delivering exceptional results.

Our Studio specializes in new build and property renovations of any scale including commercial and residential properties, multi-family and co-living, hospitality and retail outlets.

Patricia Carrillo-Avila, Principal Designer + Owner

A Los Angeles Native and Founder of Vivienda Studio, Patricia started her design studio with the inspiration of creating spaces that contribute and impact, not only ones community or home, but also with a personal emotional approach.

Artistic, passionate and a visionary with creative flair, Patricia’s professional life has been dedicated to cultivating creative design solutions and enlivening the spaces she designs with a rich sense of space that tells a beautiful story. Patricia has worked domestically and internationally on a variety of projects from commercial to high-end residential to boutique hotels and large hotel resort properties. Her most prominent role is managing the creative design vision with her Team and coordinating with all project managers, sub-consultants and Clients. She is highly sought after for her breadth and depth of knowledge of the design process and for working with clients to exceed their expectations. Patricia raises the bar with each project delivered as each final product feels purposeful and thoughtfully reflects the client’s need.
